New Features
1. Timestamp feature:
We have added the timestamp data on each of the hiring stages within the system. The timestamp could be extracted by using the Data Export function. What is it for though ? Well, now you can see when each one of your candidate's application has been received in the system, when they are being offered and when they are being hired. By knowing this data, you would be able to create your own reports on Time to Hire for each of your candidate as well as where the bottleneck is on your hiring process. There are so much more you could do with this data but to describe you more, we have added the following timestamp fields:
On the Job Application Data Export:
1. Added timestamp for all hiring stages (date & time IN/OUT - Interview: Last feedback/Comment/Result)
2. Added date and time of each of last feedback result in the hiring stages
3. Added the name of the Internal user or External user who has provided the feedback result. Will include the last feedback provider.
4. Added date and time when the candidate is rejected on a particular stage.
5. Added offer approval date & time: Last approved date & time with the approvers name.
On the Job Data Export:
1. Added timestamp for last posted date & time for each of the candidate sources.
2. Added timestamp on when the job was last approved.
4. Added Internal/External approval date & time including the name of the approvers.
5. Added timestamp on when the job was put On-Hold including who has put on hold (first name and last name of the user, and email address as well)
6. Added timestamp on when the job was Manually Closed including first name, last name of the user and email of the person who closed it.
7. Added timestamp on when the job was Automatically Closed.
On the Candidate Data Export:
1. Added timestamp on Candidate Profile last modified date time + person who modified (Name + email)
2. Added timestamp on Candidate Blacklist action. Who has blacklisted a candidate and when.
3. Added Custom fields to the Data Export so all custom fields could now be extracted along with the Candidate data.
4. Added the Notes information into the Data Export of the Candidates.
2. Time Filter on the Data Export function
Now you can filter the data export and limit the number of records that would be extracted. This way you don't have to filter the last year records and you can specifically extract by using your desired time frame of your data set.
The added detail fields include the following:
1. Added From / To field. By default, the fields would be blank which means that if executed, it would export the full data set.
2. Added time frame: Last month, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last year
3. Added rule set of filter by date with the following criteria:
a. For the Data Export of department/location/position, it would filter by created date
b. For the Data Export of Candidate, it would filter by created date/ applied date
c. For the Data Export of Job Application, it would filter by application date
3. Agency Portal Improvements
For the agency user that you have invited to submit candidate to your job openings, we have added several security updates.
1. Added permission for agency to be able to update the Candidate profile page only for the candidates that they have submitted to the system.
2. Added the visibility of the documentation tab (Resume and Additional Documents Tab) in Candidate profile page of the candidates that they have submitted to the system.
3. Added Quick search/ Advanced search on the submitted Candidates only. The search filter will only filter the candidates who are submitted and owned by the Agency.
4. Post Job Improvements on JobsDB Integration
For those of you who are using JobsDB job posting, we have applied several improvements to improve the usability of the posting.
1. Quick Apply URL field would be auto populated in the JobsDB form IF the job has been Shared to the Career Site.
2. Added JobsDB form tool-tip on the Country field.
3. Added JobsDB form the number of selected Job Function fields. Including to limit user selection to maximum of 3 fields.
4. Added JobsDB tool-tip for From-To Monthly Salary range where if you click on it, it would display the Salary matrix that JobsDB could only accept as the default values that would need to be entered manually in an exact match.
5. Added URL link on the Accepted and Rejected Candidates on the Job Profile Chevrons
Now if you click on a Job and select one of the Chevron, you would be able to click on the Candidates name that are grouped under the Rejected and Accepted candidates. This would make it easier for you to refer to the candidates directly.
6. Applied Fix on Job Dashboard View to show the latest updated jobs first
By having the Job Dashboard to be shown by the last updated job first, this would make sure you don't lose certain job listing which you thought you have updated. The aim is to reduce the confusion to track the job from the Job Dashboard.
7. Improvements for Undo hire logs
We have added some improvements on the Undo Hire. This action would be tracked in the Candidate Comment section now. So you can keep track who has done this action in the system.
8. Only to show the Candidate Source entry that is set to be shown in Application Form on the Application Form field
Previously we have shown the full list of the Candidate Source on the Application Form. Now, we have added permission on the Settings > Candidate Source entry so you can select whether you want to show the entry on the Application Form or not. Having this feature, you can now hide certain internal candidate source like Agencies to be shown on your career site.
9. Auto Extend the expiry date of the Company Career Sites
"Auto-extend the expiry date" function which you could find in the Settings > Candidate Source > Company Career Site will allow you to set the auto extension of the company career sites and will send the notification mail to Super User accounts. The presence of the Company Career Site is very important thus when this Candidate Source is automatically expired, it would stop the candidate from being able to apply to the job openings. Having this feature, you don't have to worry that the career site would expire anymore. This setting is only being applied to the Company Career Sites (External & Internal) and not to other types.
10. Bug fixes
1. Data export is missing the Job Requestor when it is listed as Other. FIXED.
2. Job data export is not showing the Position status correctly. FIXED.
3. Wrong headcount is showing on the Offer stage when user withdraws the offered candidate. FIXED.
