We’ve made massive changes to the usability and rolled out a completely new user interface with improved icons. The new features and functionalities we’ve squeezed into this release come together to serve only one goal – to help you win.
1. Brand New Homepage
We’ve given the homepage a massive upgrade and turned it into a super functional personal start page. Everything you need is accessible from the moment you log in and they are just one-click away.
You can drag and drop resumes, jump to your emails or launch any of the in-app tutorials to see what’s new in the system. You even get a breakdown of this month’s & last month’s activities across the company.
2. Data Import
Importing data has always been the top concern for new users, so we asked ourselves, 'What can we do to help users get data into the system quickly without any hassle or pains?'

What’s more, we’ve added an anti-duplication algorithm into Vincere that automatically identifies duplicates so your database is always kept clean.
No more costly and lengthy data migration jobs. Get all your valuable data into the system is now as easy as 1-2-3.

3. Quick Upload
Got a bunch of resumes you need to add into the system? Just drag and drop all of them (including ZIP files) into our quick upload widget. Hit Parse, click Save and there you have it, new candidates added into your database for you.
4. Email Import
Why bounce between 2 different applications when you can read, send and manage all your emails from one place? Connect your office 365 and gmail accounts to Vincere and import your emails in.
5. Quick Convert email to database record
Good riddance to the frustrations of data entry. You can now easily convert emails to Candidate or Contact records in your database with one-click.
6. Email Contact/Candidate Categorisation
We’ve also added new email categorisation capabilities.
If your email contact already exists in your database as a Candidate or Contact, Vincere automatically categorises them for you.
Click on the filters to quickly access unread emails, mails from Candidates only or Contacts only. If a contact is neither a Contact nor Candidate, it will be listed under the Other category for you to easily convert to a database record.
7. Recent Records
With our new data import tool, you can easily get data from a spreadsheet into the system any time you wish in just a couple of minutes. All it takes is just three easy steps: Upload, map and confirm import.
Recent Records shows you the last 15 recent records you’ve viewed. If you wish to keep a record in view, you can bookmark it and find it in the KIV tab (Keep In View).
8. Placement Probability by stage
What is Placement Probability by stage?
Placement probability refers to the percentage chance of making a placement.
We’ve added the ability for you to set the probability of placement by stage to help you better predict your future revenue. Set the placement probability based on your current metrics and what you’ll get in the Candidate pipeline is an extra layer of sales intelligence and a reliable revenue forecast at every stage.
Note: For the forecast to work properly, you need to first make sure that 1. The Job is assigned an owner and 2. associated with a forecast fee.
9. Actions View V.S Forecast View
The only system to crack the activity conundrum, Vincere measures both ‘total actions’ and ‘unique candidates’ in the ATS.
Actions view shows you the total number of actions while Forecast view gives you the number of unique candidates. For example, if you’ve shortlisted a particular Candidate 4 times, the Actions view will show 4, but only show 1 in Forecast view.
Why do we measure both? Because few candidates = few placements regardless of the number of actions or activities your consultants have taken. Most systems give you numbers on total actions only, but Vincere gives you both.
To switch between Actions view and Forecast View, click on the toggle.
10. User Management
We’ve improved the user management interface by giving it a face-lift. It’s so much easier now to manage user settings and permissions in the system. Plus, you can bulk delete, activate and even reset passwords.
