New Features

1. Bulk Reject

Due to popular requests, we have added the Bulk Reject actions on the Resume Received (1st stage) and Resume Accepted stage (2nd stage). Bulk Reject allows you to select multiple candidate applications ( where you have access to ) and perform a bulk reject at the same time. Please note that when the candidate applications have been rejected, there is no way to undo the action at the current stage. So please be careful when you perform this action.

To perform the bulk reject, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Click on the Candidate Dashboard

Step 2: Click on the Resume Received / Resume Accepted

Step 3: Click on Chevron Filters > Select My Candidates Radio Button then Click on Filter button. This will allow you to filter all the candidate applications that you have access to. You can only perform bulk reject on the candidate applications where you have "Edit" and "Reject candidate" privileges on the job where the applications are being applied for.

Step 4: Select the candidate applications where you want to perform Bulk Reject to, then click on the Bulk Reject icon next to the Bulk Email icon.

Step 5: There will be a pop up for you to provide the reason to perform Bulk Reject. After you fill it, please click OK to confirm the Bulk Reject action.

Step 6. The page will refreshed and the rejected candidate would be moved to the Rejected stage. At this stage, candidate applications cannot be undo-reject so please make sure you do this carefully.

2. Undo Hire

When you have made a Hire, sometimes there are some cases where the candidate who had accepted the offer withdraw or did not come on the start working date. Undo Hire action is made to allow you to undo the hire you have made in the system.

Here is how you could do it:

Pre-requisite 1: The job MUST NOT be in CLOSED stage. If the job is closed, you need to extend the timeline of the job beyond today's date, AND/OR increase the headcount so the job is back to Open stage again.

Pre-requisite 2: Candidate HAS BEEN hired on the associated Job.

Step 1: Given the open job, you can perform undo hire. Please open the Candidate Profile page where you want to perform Undo Hire. You can find this candidate via the Search tool (search by ID or search by name).

Step 2: On the Candidate Profile page. Click on the Job Application (intended job) section > Reject button.

Step 3: Select Undo Hire of Candidate then click on OK.

Step 4: Upon successful Undo-Hire, the candidate will be moved back to the previous stage( The stage where the application was moved to Hire stage).

3. Job Dashboard - Filter Expiring Jobs

Now you can filter the Jobs that are about to expire (Expiring Jobs) from the Job Dashboard. By doing this, you can quickly decide if the job needs to be extended. If expiring job is not extended, at the end of the expiry date, the job will be auto-closed and can't receive anymore applicants.

This is how you can filter the Expiring Jobs:

Step 1: Go to Job Dashboard > Click on Open Filter.

Step 2: Select Expiring Jobs

All expiring jobs are to be shown after being filtered:

4. Job Dashboard - Default Filter Settings thru My Account

Now you can set the default Filter settings of the Job Dashboard. The setting is tied to your personal account so it would be only applicable to you if you set it. Here is how you can set it:

Step 1: Click on My Account.

Step 2: You can select the default value for Jobs Filter, Location Filter, Department Filter, and Internal Recruiter Filter fields on the "Default Job Dashboard View" section. Don't forget to click on Save to apply the changes.

Step 3: Click on Job Dashboard to see it in action.

 5. Calendar Picker on Career Site application form.

We have changed the Calendar picker component so it is easier for the candidate to select calendar date. If your application form contains Calendar Picker, this field will be presented as the new Calendar Picker layout.
