Start job creation:

1.Click “Create New” button from main menu
2.In the sub-menu:

Click “Job” when you want to create a job from scratch.

Click “Job – Use an Existing Template”, the page will move to job search page and users will be able to create job using existing jobs. 



Job preparation:


Job preparation stage contains 4 sections:

1. Job Overview: Users are able to save basic information of the job. 

2. Recruitment performance expectations: Users can state an expectation to this job. The default number of days of “Time to hire” is 90 and “Time to source” is 80. 

3. Stakeholders: Show who are related to this job and/or in charge of preparing and submitting this job. (Note : "Responsible person(s)" field is added from this release. For existing job, the field value will be the internal recruiter of the external release stage by default.)

4. Notification: Users can choose if they notify users about the success of job creation.


Click “Next” button at the right top of the page when the setting here is done.



Job approval / timeline:


Here you can set the job process flow, approval process and requisition timeline.

1. To set the internal mobility approval process, check on “Add internal mobility stage” and define when to release the job externally and how long will this job be released internally.

2. Check the relevant checkbox of “Add approval process” so that “Approval process” section will appear.

Click on the “Add cost center(s) and approver” button. Pop-up will appear and auto-save the selection. Click on the close button when you have selected the cost center and cost center will be added.

You can define the adjust share of the cost center and choose the approver from the dropdown list. When you want to add more approvers, click on “Add approver” button. Click “Save” button to save the approver data.

3. Set the job's start date and end date in requisition timeline section.

 

Click “Next” button at the right top of the page when the setting here is done.



Compensation:

 

“Total cost of requisition” will show the result for the compensation information the user input to the fields.

Click “Next” button at the right top of the page when the setting here is done.



Job Description:

 

Here you can set Job description, Keyword, Screening questions and Rating/Competencies.

Click “Next” button at the right top of the page when the setting here is done.



Workflow & Permissions:


Workflow 

1. At this stage the users are able to do setting for “Review&Approve”, “Resume received”, “Shortlisted candidate”, “Interview”, “Pre-offer” and “Offer” chevron. To each chevron stakeholders and notification settings are available. Users are able to select multiple responsible persons for each stage. Any action required for responsible person will be listed as task at their taskboard and will be completed when one of them has taken action. 

2. At the interview chevron, users are now able to do setting for each interviews. Based on the plan for the job interview, add a tab for interviews. Click on the “+” icon to add further interview. 1st, 2nd and 3rd interview is already there by default. If you want to remove, hover over the tab label and you will see a close button. Click on the interview you want to do setting for and edit. (Note: At each interview stage users can select interviewers which will be pre-populated to the interviewers of the interview scheduling page. This setting can be done for both internal mobility and external release. Click on the menu at the left hand side to jump to the page.)



Permissions

At the permission stage, users are able to set permission for editing this job and viewing this job.

Click “Next” button at the right top of the page when the setting here is done.
