One of the most essential metrics that every recruiter needs to know is: how long does it take to fill open positions…what’s our ‘time-to-fill’? After all, for every day that a vacancy goes unfilled, the company is either losing money or is not addressing a business issue….It makes sense that the faster recruiters can fill positions, the better they can serve the business. Whilst the calculation of this report is not overly-complex, compiling such a report manually can take a long time, especially if you are reporting across various departments, job types and regions.

You will not only able to see how much time it takes to offer and fill in positions in each vertical/candidate source, but also see which verticals/candidate sources (recruiting channels) take longer to fill over the time frames that you specify.
