Feedback from our customers is that the candidate dashboard is one of their most valued pages inside HiringBoss. It gives a snapshot of all candidate activity, from an overview of how many candidates are currently in the hiring process, drilling down to the details of individual candidates in any given vacancy. We’ve made a few improvements to the candidate dashboard that improve usability and performance.

Column filter

You are now able to filter values in each column. This feature also automatically provides suggestions as you type the keyword into the filter box, to help prompt you to the right record and, ultimately, save you time.

Table filter

We’ve made searching for candidates faster and easier. Now you can perform keyword searches across multiple fields on the candidate list to quickly find matching candidates. The keyword can be anything- from text and numbers through to dates and times
