1. Click on "Settings" > "User Accounts Settings"
  2. Select the relevant list of user you want to see
  3. Then you will see all users of the chosen group
  4. When selecting the user name you will see the details on the right. You can tailor-made the user access by scrolling down and ticking the relevant boxes.
  5. To create a new user click on the "+" icon


From here the "admin" users can reset the user password (the user will receive an automatic email) and "lock" an account of a former employee.
