In addition to the configurable short and long summaries that have been introduced in this release, the candidate profile has been re-designed in order to put the most important candidate information in the users hands straight away. The candidate profile is now driven from the short candidate summary and each user can choose which detailed information they wish to see by default. The instructions on how to do this can be seen later in this section.

1. This icon () when clicked will show the long candidate summary, as shown in the previous section

2. This icon () when clicked will show the user the LinkedIn profile of the candidate. Note: If no LinkedIn profile url has been registered for the candidate then this icon will not appear.

3. This icon () when clicked will show the documents that have been uploaded against this candidate

4. This icon () when clicked will show the user a list of the jobs that the candidate has been submitted to.

These icons () when clicked will show the user the ‘Comments & Messages’ related to this candidate. The orange icon () will take the user to the comments and messages related to the candidate. If the candidate is also a contact within the system then the blue icon () will take the user to the comments and messages that are related to their role as a contact.

NOTE: If the contact icon is greyed out (i.e. not blue), then this indicates that the candidate is not also a contact.

6. These are the tabs that contain all the details of the candidate and are the same tabs as were present on a candidate prior to this release.

7. These are the buttons that allow the user to carry out actions against the candidate:

Add the candidate to a specific job

Format the resume, using one of the formatted resume templates

Print the candidate profile

Delete the candidate profile

Float the candidate to a company contact

Setting Default Candidate View

As mentioned earlier, in addition to the re-design of the candidate profile, it is also possible for the user to choose which candidate profile tab they land on by default every time they visit a candidate profile.

Go to Account à Settings and then choose the relevant default tab from the ‘Candidate Profile’ drop down field (highlighted below).
