In order for the system to be more consistent in its design and therefore be more intuitive to users, the Company, Contact and Jobs entities have been re-designed so that they are tabular based (in the same vein as the candidate records).


Company Records


With the introduction of the new grid, the Jobs Dashboard has a slightly different appearance.




  1. This icon () allows the user to expand the company record to see the full details of the company
  2. This icon () allows the user to add a new company
  3. This icon () indicates that this grid has been sorted based on this column.
  4. This icon () allow the user to apply filters on the particular column
  5. This filter bar will allow the user to perform a keyword search across the contents of the grid
  6. These are the filters that were previously visible as separate filters in Version 5


Expanding on point one above, using the icon to open up the full details of the company record, the layout will be as follows:



  1. In order to stop the user having to continuously scroll up and down the page, the information on the company has now been arranged into tabs 
  2. By clicking on the relevant social network icon, the user can add the social network address so that it can be navigated to on future visits to that particular company record
  3. These icons allow the user to navigate to candidates and/or jobs that are prevalent to this company
