If you need to log any other type of communication (skype, phone, etc...), you can add a communication log clicking on the button bellow the email communication logs.




Fill the information needed and click on the "Save & Close" button.



The image of a box containing “+” on the right side of any field indicates that you may add custom items to the drop-down menu.

  • Click on the box image to open a pop-up window
  • Type in the item(s) and press “Add”.
  • Select an existing item from the list and click on “Edit” to modify it
  • Select an existing item from the list and click on “Delete” to delete it
