All email communication with the candidate is recorded in this section.

  1. Click on “Email” and you have the option to email the candidate using an existing email template or you can compose an email message yourself.
  2. Click on “Preview” If you want to use an email template (see following diagram)
  3. Choose from who the email will be sent (the user or the company)
  4. Add attachments; CC/BCC other managers - use “;” to separate multiple email addresses
  5. Edit the template if you need to make any modifications before you send the email
  6. Click on “Send” and the email is sent to all the recipients.



Note: If you need to use a different template, click on “Hide” to close the current preview and choose a different template from the list on the left by clicking on the corresponding “Preview” link.


All email communication sent to the candidate and received from the candidate will be logged in the email logs of the same tab.
