Overview
There are often occasions where a ‘star’ candidate will become available to your agency and whilst there may not be any specific jobs available at the time, the candidate is of such quality that he/she should be made available to your customers in order to win speculative business.
With this release, it is now possible to ‘float’ (i.e. send) these star candidates to company contacts that the agent feels may be interested in the candidate and then subsequently manage these floated candidates through a process.
Candidates can be floated from the Advanced Search Tool, the Talent Pool page and/or the Candidate Profile page.

1. Click "Advanced" on Welcome Page.
2. Search for the candidate you want to set as floated candidate and check.
3. Click "Float Candidate".

1. Click "Talent Pools" on Welcome Page.
2. Check the candidate you want to set as floated candidate.
3. Click "Float Candidate" button.
<Floating candidates from Candidate Profile>
1. Go to Candidate Profile of the candidate you want to set as floated candidate.
2. Click "Float Candidate" button.
