1. You can find the current jobs under Candidate Dashboard.
2. Click the name of the Job that matches your candidate.
Click ‘Submit candidates to this Job’ if you expect the candidate to be submitted to this job.
3. Search for candidate that matches this job.
Check the candidates that you like to submit and click the ‘Submit’ button.
*Click the name of the candidate if you want to see his/her candidate profile.
4. Click ‘Resume Being Screened’ chevron.
5. You can find the status of the candidate you submit has changed to ‘Resume being screened’.
*Click the magnifying class icon and you will see the candidate’s resume.
*Click the candidate’s name and you will see the candidate profile.
6. Click the red action button if you would like to terminate the candidate from this job.
Click the orange action button if you would like to send this candidate to other jobs.
Click the green action button if you would like this candidate to proceed on to the next step.
For now, click the green action button and move to the next step.
7. Click your preferable actions under ‘What do you want to do next?’
For here, click ‘Introduce role to candidate first’ as a sample.
8. Below mail format will appear. Click ‘Send’ once you have confirmed the content.
*Default will appear under Subject, To, and Body. You can edit by direct typing.
9. Click ‘OK’.
10. You can find that the status of this candidate changed to ‘Awaiting job confirmation from candidate’.
Candidate will receive the mail as shown below.
Once the candidate has accepted the job, “You have just accepted the job” message will be displayed.
Job status will change to ‘Candidate accepted’ after the candidate received and accepted the job.
By clicking the candidate’s name, you will find the status has changed to ‘Candidate accepted’.
