E-mail Templates
1. Click "Setting" and select "E-mail Templates" on Welcome page.
* This is also available from the Menu Bar in the respective pages as shown below.
<Edit e-mail templates>
1. Click on the template name you want to edit.
2. Edit the template and click "Save".
* Wildcards are for dynamic use of the email templates. They will be replaced to particular information appropriate to the situation.
* You can set templates for each language you require.
<Create new e-mail template>
1. Click where you want to add new email template.
2. Click the icon squared in red.
3. Enter the name of the new template and click "Add".
4. Edit template and click "Save".
<Delete e-mail template>
1. Click the title of the email template you want to delete.
2. Click the icon squared in red.
3. Click "Delete".
E-mail signature
Agents are able to include an email signature on the bottom of any emails that are sent from the system.
1. Click "User Profile" on Welcome page.
2. Define the signature you want to use and click "Save".
Add the wildcard of "#Signature#" to the email template you want to use the signature. You can see the signature attached in email. (Below is an example of draft email dialogue of "Send candidate resume to client now".)
