<Automatically create candidate>

* Confirm with your HRBoss representative that the feature is enabled.


1. Click "Create new" and select "Contact".


2. Enter fields and click "Save".

 

When you click the save button, the system validates the contact email address. If this email address is not already associated with an existing candidate then the system will automatically create a new candidate from this email address (with the same contact information: First Name, Last Name, Middle Name, Kana First Name, Kana Last Name, Nickname, LinkedIn URL, Job Title, Primary Phone, Primary Email, Skype).

If this email address already exists, StaffingBoss will show ans alert to the user that the system cannot create a candidate with an email address that already exists in the system.

3. You can see the candidate created automatically when automatic creation succeeded.
