Automatically creating Candidates from a Contact record

 


Every contact of a recruitment agent could also be seen as a possible candidate for one of your jobs. If required, the system can now automatically create a candidate whenever a new contact is created.

If this feature is enabled (speak to your HRBoss representative if this feature is required), a super user needs to configure a default “Candidate Source”. This then means that whenever a candidate is automatically created (from a contact being created), it will be attributed with the candidate source that was chosen here. This step is necessary as the candidate source is a mandatory field on a candidate profile.

 

<How to configure default Candidate Source>

* Confirm with your HRBoss representative that the feature is enabled.


1. Click "Setting" and select "Parter & Options" on Welcome page.

 

* This is also available from the Menu Bar in the respective pages as shown below.


 

2. Select the default candidate source you want to assign.

* Super user can see this setting menu only when the feature is enabled.
