Trigger contains information of predefined comment and destination that will be used when changing status of contact.


1. Click "Trigger Configuration".


 

2. You can see configured triggers that you can use in your site.



<Create new trigger>

 

1. Click "Create" button.


2. Enter mandatory fields and click "Save".


3. Newly created trigger will be displayed.


<Edit existing trigger>

 

1. Click on the trigger you want to edit.


2. Edit information and click "Save".


<Delete trigger>

 

1. Click the icon squared in red.


Triggers will be displayed and used at contact information page based on the information defined at the Trigger Configuraion.
