This has been developed specifically for the customer SGL in China. It is important to understand the rationale for this change.
In China, the primary source of candidates for organisations are the job boards 51Jobs and Zhaopin. These job boards however make it economically unviable for customers to use their API to post jobs automatically from their ATS system. This means that global ATS vendors do not have viable solutions for these job boards making it a barrier to entry. HRBoss have developed bespoke integrations with these job boards making HiringBoss an attractive proposition in this situation.
SGL, who use SAP globally (but are unable to in China), have bought HiringBoss to satisfy the need described above. In order for this to meet their business processes, we have built 2 interfaces with their SAP system so that jobs can be imported into HiringBoss. These jobs are then posted to 51Jobs and Zhaopin. When candidates apply for these jobs, the candidate data is then exported back out to their SAP system.
To do this HiringBoss runs a scheduler to read and automatically import jobs from the SAP CSV file on an hourly basis.
Once the jobs have been imported, the user will post the job to 51jobs and or Zhaopin manually. Candidates that apply for those jobs from 51jobs/ Zhaopin will then be automatically exported to an SFTP server (also on an hourly basis).
The person responsible at SGL will also receive an email notification informing them of the success of the import/export from HB.
