Request an offer(Pre Offer)

 

1. Select "Request and offer" to Pre-Offer the candidate.

2. Key in your comments.

* Pre-offer stage enable non-HR user to request to offer the candidate for the job.


3. Verify and update details of the compensation package.

4. Check and ensure candidate information is correct.

5. Enter additional comments for HR user to review.


6. Candidate status shows that offer requested and HR user needs to review the offer letter prior to sending to candidate.


Offer the Job


1. Identify candidate at "awaiting for offer letter to be sent".

2. Process the candidate through by clicking on green button, or reject candidate at this offer stage by clicking on red button, or/and refer candidate to another position by clicking on orange button.


3. Upon clicking on the green button, find the pop-up message and you can select to prepare and preview offer letter now or later and specify when the auto reminder to be sent.


4. Verify salary offered information.

5. Check and verify candidate details.

6. Take note of additional comments.


7. Edit the content of candidate offer letter before sending out.

8. Make your selections on how to send offer letter to candidate: Send offer letter via email, arrange phone/office meeting or reminder to complete this task again in the future.

9. Choose for any file to attach to the offer letter.


10. Letter of Offer notification letter to the candidate.

11. Click "send" to send the letter to the candidate or "preview" before sending.


Accepting/Rejecting Offer


1. In the list of pending offer, look for the status Awaiting candidate response.

2. On candidate's confirmation of accepting /rejecting offer letter, click onto the green button to accept, red button to reject, or orange button to relate the candidate to another position.

3. Upon rejecting the candidate, find the pop-up and select the reason for rejection and option to send thank you email to candidate.


4. Upon confirmation of candidate's acceptance of offer by clicking on the green button, enter hire date on pop-up.


Accepting Offer: Hire

 

1. Once HR confirms the hire date, the candidate will be moved to Hire stage and show indicated in green. The job will be automatically closed once the Hired candidate meets the no. of headcount required for the position.
