Provide feedback
1. From job dashboard find candidate marked in orange at interview stage.
2. Click on job title to open job page.
3. Click on the orange button on interview chevron.
4. Identify those status is awaiting feedback.
5. Click the orange button to relate the candidate to another position or green button to provide feedback after interview.
6. Confirmation pop-up appear, click on OK to proceed.
7. Click "Rate candidate" to rate candidate based on pre loaded metrics.
8. On Rate candidate pop-up select the rating from 1 to 5 star with 1 being poorest and 5 excellent.
9. Click on "Did not attend" if the candidate did not come for interview.
10. Fill out the reasons and select whether to re-schedule.
11. Enter additional comments.
Accept, reject or refer candidate to another position
1. Accept candidate by using the green button. Select to pre-offer or offer the position or request a further interview and insert comments in the pop-up.
2. Reject a candidate after interview using the red reject button and add comments on the pop-up.
3. Refer the candidate to another hiring manager by using the orange button.
