Arrange Interviews


1. Go to the job dashboard.


2. Identify candidates marked in orange who needs attention under 1st interview and 2nd+ interview stage and click on candidate name.


3. See the candidate status information.

4. Click on the action buttons to process those awaiting scheduling by rejecting/referring/accepting.


5. On accepting, click "ok" to schedule the 1st interview.


Interview Management


1. Select interviewer from drop-down menu (this maybe you)

2. Or Add interviewer who is not an internal user to the list.

3. Click on Schedule manually.

4. Select up to 3 proposed date/time slot for interview.


Document management: you could include a detailed job description on the email that gets sent to the candidate so that they can be better prepared for the interview. Alternatively you can include a copy of the candidates resume on the email sent to the interviewers so that they can prepare for the interview prior to it occurring.


Mail Invite and Accepting interview times

 

1. Interview invitation received via email.

2. Click on link and login to HiringBoss


3. Go to my Taskboard.


4. Select task to action and press accept button to process.


5. Action via pop-up.


6. From job dashboard find candidate marked in orange at interview stage.

7. Click on job title to open job page.


8. Click on orange button on interview chevron.


9. Confirm awaiting date and time approval.

10. Click accept button to confirm the interview schedule, reject candidate at this stage, or orange button to relate the candidate to another position.


11. Select whether to re-schedule or confirm interview via pop-up.
