There are three new email templates that are available with the requisition approval workflow:

  1. Email to be sent to approvers asking them to approve a job
  2. Email to relevant people when a job has been approved
  3. Email to relevant people when a job has been rejected


These email templates are available to be set by a superuser under Admin > email administration > Approval Process emails (as shown in the screenshot below). The setting up and use of these email templates is consistent with the other email templates in the system.
