Setting up the Requisition workflow

There are 3 elements to setting up the basic requisition workflow:

1. Setting up the relevant ‘States’ and the corresponding statuses (as below)

2. Defining the job form to be used for new jobs - Learn more

3. Defining the email templates - Learn more



Setting up the relevant States


Go to Admin > Workflow > Job Workflow (New)




The subsequent page will show as follows




Each ‘state’ is depicted by a chevron so for the requisition workflow there are 3 states:

  1. Creation and Submission – This is when a job is first created
  2. Release – This is when a job is actively being recruited for
  3. Closed – This is when a job is closed


Within each state there are 2 configuration elements:


  1. Status Bundles – This is where all the statuses that you want to include for that state will be defined. Note: In this release, only the standard statuses are available, but they can be renamed if required.

 




     2. Status transition settings – This is where the super user can define what statuses are available to a user based on the existing status of a job.
