1. Click "Setting" and select "Internal Staff" on Welcome page.



<Create new internal staff>

 

1. Click the icon squared in red.


2. Enter Full name/Email/etc.


3. Click "Edit" button of candidate source.


4. Select candidate source you want to assign the internal staff to and click "Save".


5. Click "Edit" button of Locations.


6. Select the location you want to assign the internal staff to and click "Save".


7. Click "Edit" button of Industries.


8. Select industry you want to assign the internal staff to and click "Save".


9. Click "Edit" button of Functional Expertise.


10. Select functional expertise you want to assign the internal staff to and click "Save".


11. Check Responsibilities you want to give to the internal staff.


12. Select User location, Currency, Time zone, Date format, Supervisor(optional) and Display language(optional).


13. Select Email Support which matches the email account of the internal staff.


14. Enter password of the account and click "Test Email Connection" button to check if the connection works properly.


15. Select each fields to set the default view of the candidate dashboard.


16. By checking the responsibilities, the Permission will automatically be checked. You can customize the permission that fits your business rules.


<Edit internal staff>


1. Click the internal staff you want to edit.


2. Click "Edit".


3. Edit and click "Save".


<Delete internal staff>


1. Click the internal staff you want to edit.


2. Click the icon squared in red.
