There are three types of workflow that can customized in the system
- Job Specific Candidate Workflow
- Job Workflow
- People Workflow
1. Click on any these links to direct to a page that display the list of status.
2. Edit each status name and its associated action or delete it. If there are two or more associated actions, these are separated using the “|” symbol. To add new status names and define the associated actions for them
3. To add a new status, click on 'Add Status' at the top right of the page.
4. Drag and drop the status names up and down the list to specify the order of the workflow, from top to bottom
5. Type the new status name and check the boxes corresponding to the Actions that are required for this status.
6. Click on 'Save' and a new status will be added to the table.
