To create a new contact:
1. Select 'User Management' under 'Admin' module.
2. Click on the collapse button at the top right of the user list, the contact list will be shown below the user list.
3. Click on 'New Contact' to create a new contact
4. A pop out window will be displayed. As the contact form is configurable, the form displayed might have different fields.
5. Click on 'Save' to save the changes after inputting all the necessary fields.
