To create a new list:

  1. Select ‘Customize’ under the ‘Admin’ module in the main toolbar.
  2. Select the specific tab on which module you would like to create a new list


3.  Click the button with arrows (>>>>) to see the list of forms in each section.


4. Click on "Create Form" at the top right corner of the relevant section.

5. Enter the title of the form in the pop-up window.  



6. There will be a list of all the fields available. Check the boxes corresponding to the fields you would like to display on a List page.

7. When you have completed creating your new list, click on “Save” to save the list.
