Sub Vertical Field
To add an extra level of granularity, it is now possible to allocate a sub vertical as well as a vertical when creating a job. This means that when a user chooses the relevant vertical for a job, the subsequent sub vertical drop down field will only show values that are associated with its parent vertical. A typical example of this would be if a vertical was ‘Sales’, then the associated sub-vertical could be ‘Telesales’, ‘Field Sale’, ‘Account Management’ etc.
In
order to set up the sub verticals, the Super User should go to Settings à Partner & Options àVerticals. On this page, chose to
edit the relevant vertical for which sub-verticals need to be added. The user
will then be presented with a window where the sub-verticals can be added.
Once
they have been added, they will be available to be used on a job
