Data Export

Information on Jobs and Candidates is arguably one of the most important pieces of information in any business and depending on your business, can be used in many different ways. We want to make sure you can extract this information and use it in conjunction with other data in your business in order to drive added value. We have therefore provided the ability for the pertinent data to be exported from HiringBoss to be used as and when necessary. This facility is only available to Super Users for security reasons.

Under Settings à Partners & Options à Export the Super User will see the following screen:

The Super User then simply chooses which information they want to export. This will create a zip file with csv files for each set of data that has been chosen. At the moment, the fields provided in the csv are standard, but in future releases we look at providing the ability for the user to choose the relevant fields required.
