1. Click on relevant Job on Candidate Dashboard, and click the number of ‘Placement’ chevron.

The status was updated to ‘Placed’. Click the green action button for now and proceed on to the next step.


2. Enter the mandatory fields in the following Salary Offered page, and click ‘Submit’ button.




5. Click ‘Send’ once you have confirmed the content of the Email for the account contact.


6. Click on relevant Job on Candidate Dashboard, and click the number of ‘Invoices & billing’ chevron.

The status was updated to “Sent to Account”



The status is on hold at the moment as the client payment has not yet been complete. Please take the following necessary actions depending on the clients’ status.

* For example, select ‘Move to Invoices & Billing Paid’, once the payment is received.



Pending status will be updated to ‘Paid’, and all actions will be completed.
