1. Click the job name under Candidate Dashboard. Click ‘1st Interview’ chevron.

*Once the interview is fixed, the status will change to ‘The interview is scheduled for xxxx’.



2. Once you have received the feedback of the interview from the client, take necessary action by clicking either of the action buttons. For here, click the green action button and select ‘Send candidate interview information and await confirmation’ as a sample.


3. Below display will appear. Confirm the content and click ‘Send’ to send the email to the candidate.



4. Below message will be displayed when the email was sent successfully.



5. The candidate and the client will have an interview. According to the client result, move candidate to 2nd interview.

Below will appear and you can find that the status proceeded on to ‘2nd Interview’.
