1. Click the job name under Candidate Dashboard. Click ‘Resume Being Screened’ chevron and you will find the three action buttons on the right hand side.

Click the green action button for now and proceed on to the next step.



2. Click your preferable actions under ‘What do you want to do next?’ For here, click ‘Send candidate resume to client now’ as a sample.



3. Below mail format will appear. Click ‘Send’ once you have confirmed the content.

*Default will appear under Subject, To, and Body. You can edit by direct typing.


4. Below message will be displayed when the email was sent successfully.


Below will appear and you can find that the status of this candidate changed to ‘Resume sent’.



The following mail will be sent to the client.



Below screen will show up by clicking ‘Accept candidate with interviewer availability’. Here, you will be able to select the time for the interview. Confirm the content of the mail and click ‘Submit’.



Below information will appear in your screen as soon as the above step has been completed by the client.


5. Click the job name under Candidate Dashboard. Click on the ‘Resume sent’ chevron.

‘Resume accepted’ will appear under the status as soon as the client sets the date for the interview.



6. Click the green action button in order to proceed on to the next step.


7. “What do you want to do next” will appear and select your preferable action.

Select ‘Send candidate interview information and confirm interview no’ as a sample.


8. Below mail format will appear. Confirm the content and click ‘Send’ to send the email.

*The expected range of date and time from the client will appear under Time Slot.




9. Below message will be displayed when the email was sent successfully.



Below will appear and you can find that the status of this candidate changed to ‘1st Interview’.



Below email will be sent to the candidate.
