1. Once the candidate is created, “What do you want to do next?” screen will appear.
Click on the action you want.
We will guide you to “Verify Candidate Information”.
If you select ‘Submit candidate without job and go to Candidate profile page’, candidate page will appear and will be able enter candidate information.
2. Click on “Verify Candidate Information”.
Enter mandatory fields and necessary information under the Personal tab.
Enter necessary information in the respective tabs before your click ‘Next’ and proceed to Jobs page.
*Click ‘+’ button if you would like to select/enter additional fields.
*Last Name, First Name, and Primary Email appears based on the information entered earlier in Candidate Application Form.
*You can upload candidate photo by clicking ‘Upload a photo’.
*Candidate ID and Created Date will automatically be fixed due to the system.
*The Age will automatically be calculated by selecting the date of birth from the calendar.
3. Click on ‘Contact’ as shown below and enter contact information.
4. Click ‘Salary’ and enter the necessary salary information.
5. Click Work History tab and enter the candidate’s work history information and other necessary fields.
6. Click the Education tab and enter the necessary education fields.
7. Click Skills tab and enter necessary information.
8. Click References tab and enter necessary information.
9. Click Country Specific tab.
*There will be country specific fields for the respective countries. Enter any relevant information.
10. Click ‘Next’ after completing all tabs.
11. Click ‘Next’ and proceed on to the next page after you reach ‘Relate Candidate to Job’ chevron.
*You can also search for relevant jobs and apply for the searched jobs.
12. Clicking ‘Submit candidate’ button will allow you to create the candidate.
