The Interview Section contains all the interviews that have been conducted or scheduled so far. Schedule new interviews by clicking on 'Add Interview'.




Fields with a box "+" indicate that you can add any item that does not exist in the drop-down list by clicking on this sign. Enter the new item and click “Add” to add to the list:

 

Select the Interviewer(s) from the list of “All Users”, drag and drop it in the “Interviewers” section. Check the boxes to notify or remind the interviewer and/or candidate about the upcoming interview and an email notification will be sent to the persons selected. Click on ‘Save & Close’ button to complete scheduling this interview.




If an interview is already scheduled, and you are the interviewer, to add your Interview feedback:

  • Click the “Edit Feedback” link for your scheduled interview
  • Enter all your feedback in the form that is displayed on this screen
  • Click “Save & Close” to save your feedback for this interview.
