You can view details of each candidate by clicking on the Candidate’s photo from the ‘Candidates List’ page. The candidate’s photo are displayed on the left-hand side of the page with the Candidate ID and the name of the candidate.




1 - As for the buttons on the top right:

  • Back to List: This button takes you back to the Candidate List page. The arrow buttons ('>' and '<') allow you to navigate from one candidate to the next/previous.
  • Watch/Unwatch: Select this particular applicant to be displayed into the watch list of your dashboard.
  • Print: Print candidate information by choosing from available templates (created using the Customize Printing option). You have to create templates first in order to print candidate information.
  • Refresh: Refreshes all the information on your screen.
  • Send To: Allows you to email candidate information details and resume to one or more recipients using customized email templates.
  • Save: Use this button to save any information you have entered or modified.


2 - To see and edit the candidate registration form:

  • Go to the "profile" tab.
  • Click on 'Edit This Page'.
  • Enter/modify all relevant information and click on "Save".


3 - The current status of the candidate is shown in the “Status” dropdown list on the same page. This status can be changed by selecting a status from the drop-down menu. This status is a global status of the candidate, not linked to any job he/she applied.
