You can select applicants by ticking the checkboxes on the left and choose an option from the drop-down menu labelled “Selection” on top of the list of candidates. Select several candidates and click “Save Selection in Folder”. 



  1. Enter your folder name
  2. Define which users will be able to see this folder
  3. Click on the button "Save"


To see an existing folder click on "Open Folder" from the "Selection" dropdown list



Then select the relevant folder and click "select"
