At any point of the recruitment process, users can share applicants details (application form and attachments) and ask for feedback from an employee/Hiring Manager which is not a user of the system:

  1. Select candidates you want to share from the Applicants tab of your job requisition
  2. Click on the “ask feedback” button


  1. Select the email template you want to input in your email to the line manager
  2. Input the email of the line manager
  3. Edit and modify the title and email content if needed
  4. Select the template of feedback the line manager will have to fill for each candidate
  5. Tick the box if you want to ask the line manager his availabilities for interview in addition of candidate feedbacks
  6. Choose to be notify when feedback is completed for all or after each candidate’s feedback is completed (or both)
  7. Input the name of the line manager (for the back end record)
  8. Select the candidates application form you want to share with the line manager
  9. Choose attachments you want to share with the line manager from candidates (CV, cover letter,…)
  10. Click “send”
