1. The number in the “bubble” on the tab indicates the number of candidates attached to this job. 
  2. The table shows details of the candidates, their names, contact information,...
  3. A "more details" link through which candidate details can be accessed.
  4. If you want to delete a candidate from this job list, click on the "Delete" link beside the candidate record (note: the candidate will not be deleted form you database but just from the job applicants list). 
  5. To add a new candidate, click on ‘Add Person’. To add interviews, select the candidates and click on ‘Add Interview’.
